Returns/Refunds General

​

Love it or return it. Any Oon purchase can be returned for a refund within 7 days of the item being received.

Few usual things to take note

  • Item hasn't been worn, used and has the original tags still attached.

  • Item is in the original Oon packaging, which is also in the original condition.

No Return/Refund

  • Packaging tapered, missing tags.

  • Item appears to be used.

For quick processing (we dislike waiting too!), all items must be returned only once approved. Please email us at ooncares@oon.net.au

Customer pays for the return shipping for a change of mind. However, if it's an exchange, the re-shipping cost is on us.

Oon will also bear return shipping cost should the item be faulty or damaged.

Cashmere care

Spot clean. Machine wash cold water on delicate cycle. Dry flat. Light hand wash with mild detergent or dry clean.

Store with your preferred choice of bug repellent.
